Product description: The deodorant is made by special processing of inorganic silicates, modifiers, and deodorizing functional additives with strong adsorption structure. Due to its special molecular structure, the product can effectively inhibit and absorb various chemical irritant odors and other unpleasant odors, as well as absorb harmful residual volatile compounds such as benzene, ammonia, formaldehyde, and chlorine. It can effectively reduce the VOC content in the product. In addition, it has excellent compatibility with various types of rubber, and has the characteristics of long shelf life and small amount of addition. It is also made entirely from natural inorganic silicates, non-toxic, harmless, environmentally friendly, and has no impact on the performance of the medium to be shielded or absorbed. It also meets the relevant requirements of the EU ROHS directive and is an ideal rubber deodorant product.

This product is non-toxic, harmless, odorless, white powder, and uses its single-pore structure and specific surface area to adsorb or encapsulate residual formaldehyde, benzene, aldehydes, benzene, volatile organic compounds, and other small groups in rubber products.
1) Some components in the deodorant undergo irreversible chemical reactions with specific irritating gases, and after the reaction, stable non-volatile substances are generated, with almost no adverse effects on the physical and chemical properties of rubber products;
2) The main component of this product is a microporous strong adsorbent, which expands the application range of the deodorant and enhances the deodorizing effect;
3) It has the characteristics of small amount of use, high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and good compatibility.
Usage: This product should avoid direct contact with oily or watery substances as much as possible. It is recommended to add it separately in the rubber mixer 2 minutes before the discharge of the rubber, and it can also be added after the rubber is formed.
Addition amount: 0.5%~2.0%
