Product description: Plastic deodorizer YB-P002 is an environmentally friendly material, which can effectively reduce, inhibit, degrade, or decrease the volatile substances such as acids, alkoxy compounds, and ethylene compounds in plastic processing or during product use. Its surface-specific active groups and pore structure can better adsorb small molecules of odorous volatile substances chemically and physically, effectively reducing odor and reducing the residual harmful volatile components. It has a good adsorption effect on residual formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, and other easily decomposable small molecules in products.

1) Non-toxic, odorless, green and environmentally friendly, compliant with relevant environmental regulations in the European Union.

2) It has strong adsorption characteristics, can directly chelate with some plastic decomposition products, forming stable chemical substances, with good temperature resistance, long deodorizing effect, and not easily re-released.

3) It requires a small amount of addition, has excellent dispersibility and compatibility, and does not affect the physical properties of the product.

Instructions: Mix uniformly before twin-screw extrusion and plastic pellet mixing. The more uniform the mixing, the better the deodorizing effect.

Addition amount: 0.5%~1.0% (actual parameters based on experiments)
