Product description: PVC special deodorizer YB-PV021 is a physical adsorption and chemical chelation product for acids, amines, alkoxy compounds, vinyl compounds, and green compounds produced during PVC production. It effectively reduces odors and smells, and reduces the residue of harmful volatile components.

Product features:

1) Non-toxic, harmless, odorless, environmentally friendly, in compliance with relevant environmental regulations of the European Union;

2) It has strong adsorption characteristics and can directly chelate with some plastic decomposition products to form stable chemical substances, with good temperature resistance, long deodorizing effect, and not easy to release again;

3) It requires a small amount of addition, has excellent dispersibility and compatibility, and does not affect the physical properties of the product.

Instructions: Mix evenly before twin-screw extrusion and plastic pellet mixing. The more uniform the mixing, the better the deodorizing effect.

Dosage: 0.5%~1.0% (actual experimental parameters prevail)
